A proposed multi-year water rate hike has been sent to Delaware City Council for consideration.

The Delaware city finance committee, which includes council members Joe DiGenova, Jim Moore and Andrew Brush, unanimously voted to send the multi-year water rate increase along to city council. The rate increase would be in place for the next three years to help finance the more than $30 million in proposed water system improvements facing the city.... Cont'd
